Niccola Ledet-McNair is a native of Cankton, Louisiana and currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana. She was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Ⓡ, Eta Chi Omega Chapter in Lafayette, LA in the Fall of 2019. Niccola is married to Christopher McNair and has a son, Tre. She is a Louisiana PK-3 certified teacher who successfully accomplished the following additional credentialing on her state licensing: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Master's Degree Plus 30 graduate Hours. She is a 1st grade teacher at Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy.

Because of her love to give one would not be surprised by her choice to work in the field of education. She has a love for teaching which includes a commitment to students’ academic, social and emotional success. As evidence to her success as an educator, she was a 2018 teacher of the year nominee. Despite giving at work, then going home to serve her family and participating in community service events one will always see Niccola with a smile.

She's currently the Scholarship Committee Chairman. Through this new role within the chapter she is excited to serve the community.

Niccola enjoys reading, online shopping and thrift shopping. In addition, she adores spending time with her family and friends, serving the community, and being a positive role model.

Kearia McCants White is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and currently resides in Broussard, Louisiana. She was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Ⓡ, Nu Gamma Omega Chapter in the Fall of 2014. She is an alumnus of Louisiana State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Dec. 2013) and a Master of Science in Accounting (May 2015). Kearia is an oh so pretty Certified Public Accountant (CPA); She is employed as an Internal Audit Supervisor.

She is currently Eta Chi Omega’s Treasurer. She is a dedicated member of Eta Chi Omega and actively serves on the following committees: Budget, Debutante, Fundraising, Membership, Scholarship, and Leadership Development.

Kearia is most passionate about Target 3, Building Your Economic Legacy, because she believes having financial literacy equips African Americans to make important informed decisions. Although, African Americans make a huge economic contribution in the US, they are behind when it comes to financial wellness. This target allows her to reach and teach the community she serves in reference to closing the financial gap.

She is always looking forward to getting to know and work with all of sorority sisters. Once anyone gets to know her it is apparent that she is always excited to serve.

Lastly, Kearia's favorite quote by Anthony Reed is "If you never take the risk, you'll never reap the reward”. She is married to Marcus T. White, a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Together they service their community tirelessly. When she is not being an oh so pretty CPA or servicing the community, she occupies her time by running and wedding/event planning.
